摘要
职业教育发展过程中,始终存在着工具理性与价值理性之争,其实质是“培养什么人”“为谁培养人”以及“如何培养人”的问题之争。在终身教育视域下反思我国现代职业教育实践价值的迷失,其主要表现为职业教育目的人本性实践不足、职校办学的就业导向偏颇、教育教学内容实施的功利取向以及教育评价的社会本位倾向。现代职业教育实践的价值回归可从目的之维、内容之维与方法之维进行突破,即职业教育要兼顾国家要求、产业需求与个人诉求,通过“以文育人”“以文育技”“以文育能”,实现以“知识型”“技术技能型”“创新型”为表征的复合型职业人才培养。
In the process of vocational education development,there is always a dispute between instrumental rationality and value rationality.The essence is the dispute between "who to cultivate","for whom to cultivate" and "how to cultivate".Reflecting on the loss of the practical value of modern vocational education in China from the perspective of lifelong education,it is mainly reflected in the lack of human nature of the purpose of vocational education,the economic value orientation of school-running,the utilitarian orientation of content implementation and the social standard tendency of evaluation.A breakthrough can be made in the value return of modern vocational education practice from the dimensions of purpose,content and method,that is,vocational education takes into account national requirements,industrial needs and personal demands,and realizes the cultivation of comprehensive vocational talents characterized by "knowledge","technical skill" and "innovation" through "educating people with culture","cultivating technology with culture" and "cultivating ability with culture".
