摘要
目的分析四川省南充市某大型综合三级甲等医院住院患者来源地构成及特征。充分利用病案首页信息,为深化医药卫生机制改革和分级诊疗制度提供数据支持。方法利用病案首页查询系统,提取南充市某大型综合三级甲等医院2019年出院患者电子病案首页基本信息,利用Excel 2019对出院日期、身份证号、户籍住址、现住址、现住址区划代码等进行描述性分析。结果患者户籍(身份证号前6位)区划代码与现住址区划代码结果大致相反,而以现住址区划代码统计显示77.65%为南充市区内出院患者。结论病案首页以现住址区划代码统计更能真实反应患者来源地,侧面体现患者就医偏好和区域医疗中心辐射的作用等。
Objective To analyze the origin and characteristics of inpatients in a large comprehensive grade A tertiary hospital in Nanchong city,Sichuan Province,and make full use of the information on the front page of medical records to provide data support for deepening the reform of medical and health service and the hierarchical medical system.Methods The medical record home page query system was used to extract the basic information of patients discharged from a large comprehensive grade A tertiary hospital in Nanchong city,Sichuan Province in 2019.Prescriptive analysis was performed on date of discharge,ID number,residential address,current address and its area division code.Results The record of the area division code of the patient's household registration(the first 6 digits of the ID number)was roughly opposite to that of the division code of the current address.According to the statistics of the current address code,77.65%of the discharged patients are from the urban area of Nanchong.Conclusion Using the area division code of current address in the first page of the medical record can better indicate the origin of the inpatients,which reflects the patient's medical treatment preference and the radiation effect of the regional medical center.
