摘要
【目的】分析不同年龄阶段住院儿童的疾病特点及其死亡原因,为今后儿科医疗和儿童预防保健工作提供科学依据。【方法】用SPSS14.0进行回顾性统计分析。【结果】各年龄阶段儿童住院的主要疾病分别是:新生儿期是早产儿;婴儿期是呼吸系统感染和腹泻病;幼儿期及学龄前期是呼吸系统感染和损伤及中毒;学龄期和青春期是损伤及中毒。【结论】各年龄阶段儿童住院的疾病谱各不相同,但有一定的变化规律。
[Objective] To research of characteristics each age stage hospitalized children＇s diseases and its death cause in order to provide the scientific basis for the health care work and pediatrics medical treatment. [Method] The medical records of the children were reviewed in our hospital from 2003 to 2006 and statistically analyzed by the SPSSl4.0 software. [Results] The main diseases of each age stage children were the neonatal period＇s premature infant, the infancy＇s respiratory infection and diarrhea disease, the toddler and preschool age＇s respiratory infection and injury and poisoning, school age and adolescence＇s injury and poisoning. [Conclusion] The disease tables of each age stage are different, but they have a certain regularity.
