摘要
目的:探讨二氧化碳(CO2)点阵激光联合硅酮凝胶治疗剖宫产皮肤瘢痕的美容效果。方法:2017年5月-2018年4月收治剖宫产皮肤瘢痕患者160例,随机分为两组,各80例。对照组采用硅酮凝胶治疗;观察组在硅酮凝胶基础上联合CO2点阵激光治疗。比较两组皮肤瘢痕美容效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率及瘢痕修复评分均高于对照组,不良反应率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CO2点阵激光联合硅酮凝胶治疗剖宫产皮肤瘢痕,疗效显著,可降低瘢痕评分,减少不良反应,改善瘢痕修复效果。
Objective:To discuss the cosmetic result of CO2 fractional laser combined with silicone gel in the treatment of cicatrix of skin caused by cesarean section.Methods:From May 2017 to April 2018,160 patients with cicatrix of skin caused by cesarean section were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with silicone gel.The observation group was treated with CO2 fractional laser on the basis of silicone gel.The cosmetic result of skin cicatrix between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment and scar repair score in the observation group were higher than the control group,the adverse reaction rate was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CO2 fractional laser combined with silicone gel in the treatment of cicatrix of skin caused by cesarean section,the effect is remarkable which can reduce scar score,reduce adverse reactions and improve scar repair effect.
