摘要
目的探究游离足背双叶皮瓣修复对于单指皮肤脱套伤的效果。方法选取58例单指皮肤脱套伤患者为研究对象,随机分为A组和B组,每组各29例。统计分析患者皮瓣修复成功率、术后患者皮瓣修复随访情况和术后患者皮瓣修复满意度。结果A组患者术后皮瓣修复成功率显著高于B组,且A组患者术后皮瓣修复随访情况和术后满意度也显著高于B组(P<0.05)。结论游离足背双叶皮瓣修复术在单指皮肤脱套伤修复处理中具有明显优势,应在临床予以推广。
Objective Toto explore the effect of free dorsal double-lobe flap on repairingsingle finger degloving injury.Methods: 58 patients with single finger skin deglovinginjury were selected as the study subjects,randomly divided into two groups: A and B group,with 29 patients in each group.The success rate of skin flap repair,the follow-up of skin flap repair in postoperative patients and the satisfaction of skin flap repairin postoperative patients were analized.Results The success rate of skin flap repair inthe A group was significantly higher than that in the B group,and the follow-up ofskin flap repair and the satisfaction of skin flap repair in the A group were alsosignificantly better than those in the B group (P<0.05).Conclusion Free dorsaldouble lobe flap repair has obvious advantages in the treatment of single finger skindegloving injury and should be popularized in clinic.
