36000DWT多用途船SCR加装设计

摘要 基于高低压选择性催化还原反应(Selective Catalytic Reduction,SCR)系统原理,在已有船型的基础上,选择合适的改装方案,首次在36 000 DWT多用途船后续船上加装SCR系统。考虑设计改动对建造成本和时间的影响,调整SCR设备尺寸和机舱布置等方式,解决SCR系统布置过程中遇到的问题,可为今后类似项目提供有价值的参考。 According to the diagram of high and low pressure SCR systems,an appropriate retrofit scheme was selected for a completely designed vessel.SCR system was installed on the sister vessel of the 36000 DWT multi-purpose vessel for the first time.Taking into consideration the retrofit effect on the construction cost and schedule,designers adjusted the size of the SCR equipment and engine room layout in order to solve the problems arising from the design stage,which might serve as valuable reference for the similar projects in the future.
