摘要
自控工程设计的工艺流程数量繁多,每种工艺流程的生产规模、工艺要求也不尽相同,试验室无法提供自控工程设计所需要的全部生产流程。采用构架式软件设计,应用模块式组件,搭建了一个先进、灵活的三级液位虚拟仿真综合实训平台化软件系统。用户可以对工艺流程、物料性质、设备尺寸、控制逻辑、阀门属性等进行自定义设计,从而充分满足过程控制专业课程设计和验证要求;能够进行控制逻辑设计验证和比例积分微分(PID)参数整定,经智能评分系统根据评分规则客观给出成绩,从而验证控制策略和评估控制效果。仿真平台系统采用动态仿真模型,模型内核结合工艺机理和人工智能技术开发,内部逻辑能够模拟各类工况下的系统响应,以及全流程的系统状态。仿真平台支持外接真实可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)控制系统,可进行PLC控制组态、实施等试验教学。
Due to a large number of automatic control process,different production scales and process requirements,laboratory cannot provide all the production flows required by automatic control engineering design.In adopting of framework software design and modular component development,the advanced and flexible three-level virtual simulation integrated training platform software system is built.The design of process flow,material property,equipment size,control logic,valve attribute,etc.can be designed by the users themselves.The requirements of the course design and verification for process control specialty can be fully satisfied.The scores are objectively given by means of intelligent scoring system for the verification of control logic design and proportional-integral-derivative(PID)parameter setting according to the scoring rules,so as to verify the control strategy and evaluate the control effect.The dynamic simulation model is adopted for simulation platform system,and the core of the model is developed by combining process mechanism and artificial intelligence technology.The internal logic can simulate the system response under various working conditions and the system state of the whole process.The external real programmable logic controller(PLC)control system is sustained with simulation platform,which can be used for PLC control configuration,implementation and other experimental teaching.
