摘要
通过对学生实训前后实践能力测试结果分析显示,虚拟实训资源建设对学生工程实践能力的提升起着至关重要的作用,是破解高职教育中学生实践能力与岗位需求"无缝对接"与现实中"无法对接"这一难题的一把"金钥匙"。虚拟实训资源建设需采用企业专业技术人员、软件开发公司与学院专业教师三方合作,企业全程指导、把关的"捆绑合作"模式,以更好地完成资源建设。
By analyzing the student practical ability test results before and after the training, it shows the construction of virtual training resources plays an important role in improving students' engineering practice ability, and is the key to solving the connection of students' practice ability and job requirements in higher vocational education. The construction of virtual resources needs to adopt the pattern of the tripartite cooperation of professional technicians from enterprises, software development company and professional teachers in the college, and the whole process guidance and check of the enterprise.
