激光冲击高锰钢的微观组织与力学性能 被引量:3

摘要 利用纳秒脉冲激光器对高锰钢表面进行激光冲击强化处理。通过分析激光冲击强化前后试样的金相组织、物相、显微硬度及拉伸性能,探讨了激光冲击对高锰钢微观形貌与力学性能的影响。结果表明,激光冲击虽然不会在高锰钢表面产生新的物相,但可以诱导其表层产生塑性变形层,并在晶粒中产生变形孪晶,部分晶粒得到细化。3次激光冲击后试样的显微硬度和抗拉强度分别为379 HV和1015 MPa,相较于激光冲击前提升了近33%和8.6%。 The surface of high-manganese steel was treated by laser shock peening(LSP)with ns-pulse laser.The effect of LSP on the microstructure and mechanical properties of high-manganese steel was studied by analyzing the metallographic structure,phase constitution,microhardness,and tensile properties of the samples before and after LSP.The results showed that although LSP would not cause the formation of new phase on the surface of high-manganese steel,it could cause the formation of a plastic deformation layer,the generation of deformation twins in the grains,and the refinement of grains.After LSP for three times,the microhardness and tensile strength of the samples were about 379 HV and 1015 MPa respectively,which were nearly 33%and 8.6%higher than that before LSP.
