摘要
对于8Cr4Mo4V钢制轴承零件淬火中出现的"混晶"问题,对3种不同状态的试样进行热处理工艺试验,通过试验探讨了其消除方法。试验结果表明:淬火后"混晶"组织与原材料晶粒度遗传密切相关,通过锻造方式可以有效"破碎"原材料粗大晶粒度遗传,采用补充退火方式可改善原材料球化退火效果,有效消除"混晶"组织。
For the problem of "mixed grain" in the quenching of 8Cr4Mo4V steel bearing parts, the heat treatment process test of three samples with different states was carried out, the elimination method was discussed through experiments.Experimental results show after quenching the mixed crystal structure should go hand in hand with heredity of grain size of ra w materials. The forging method can effectively "broken" raw material coarse grain heredity. The use of supplementary annealing can improve the spheroidizing annealing effect of raw materials, and effectively eliminate the mixed crystal structure.
