摘要
新冠肺炎疫情的发生对图书馆应急服务能力提出挑战。疫情期间各地图书馆开展馆舍环境清洁和人员防控等工作来保障应急服务的有序进行。图书馆应急服务包括推广“无接触式”图书阅览服务,构建武汉“方舱图书馆文化模式”,开展“图书馆式”抗疫专题活动等创新实践。文章认为,实践为图书馆未来的应急服务提供了以下研究思路:即图书馆人志愿服务反哺社会公益事业、健康信息服务普及建设和特殊时期图书馆精准阅读推广。
COVID-19 has raised a challenge to library emergency service ability.As one of the most important public cultural service organizations,the library has taken measures to participate in the front-line of epidemic prevention,such as environment sterilization and personnel control,which has guaranteed emergency service.Library emergency service contains non-contact book reading service,“Fangcang library culture model”construction,“Library-”anti-epidemic campaign.This practice provides new research direction for future library emergency service:regurgitation-feeding of library’s voluntary service for social public welfare,health information service popularization and accurate reading promotion in special time.
