摘要
为提高衰落信道下通信系统传输图像的质量,采用Polar码作为信道编码方式,用MATLAB搭建起Polar-OFDM通信系统,并以能有效模拟移动通信衰落信道的Nakagami-m信道模型为传输信道。对比Polar码与传统的RS码以及未编码情况下的抗噪声性能进行了仿真和比较。结果表明,无论在加性高斯白噪声信道还是Nakagami衰落信道下,Polar编码比RS编码都有更为优良的抗噪声性能。在此基础上,进而用静态位图代替随机信源通过Polar-OFDM系统,结果表明在Nakagami衰落信道情况下,经Polar-OFDM系统传输图像的PNR比无编码的OFDM系统传输图像的PNR要高出约24dB。
Aiming at improving quality of image transmission over fading channel,polar code was adopted as the channel coding method of the system,then a Polar codec and OFDM modulated telecommunication system was modeled based on MATLAB,also a Nakagami-m channel model which can effectively simulate the mobile communication fading channel was adopted as transmission channel model.Anti-noise performance of the Polar coded system over AWGN channel was verified and compared with the RS coded system.Simulation results show that Polar coding scheme can achieve lower BER than RS coding under the condition of AWGN channel or Nakagami channel.Further,a static image was used as source data to transmit over Polar-OFDM system,simulation results show that Polar-OFDM system can achieve lower BER than OFDM system without channel coding under the condition of Nakagami channel.
