摘要
为了实现对人事档案的有效管理,分析了事业单位人事档案管理的必要性,提出优化事业单位人事档案管理策略:要重视思想建设、制定管理制度、提升人员素质、加强信息建设、完善档案功能。
In order to achieve the effective management of personnel archives management,the necessity of personnel archives management of public institutions is analyzed.Countermeasures of optimizing personnel archives management of public institutions are proposed,including paying attention to ideological building,formulating management system,improving the quality of staff,strengthening information construction and perfecting file function.
