摘要
在纤维板上表面贴覆不同厚度的软木,制备软木/纤维板复合静音地板,并研究软木厚度对复合静音地板性能的影响。结果表明:软木/纤维板复合静音地板冲击声声压级最好为74.1 dB,静音效果显著。根据多重比较分析结果,综合考虑软木复合地板的性能和成本,选择贴覆2.4 mm厚软木,制备的复合地板的静音性能良好,密度和含水率等指标满足LY/T 1657—2015《软木类地板》的要求,静曲强度达到GB/T 18102—2007《浸渍纸层压木质地板》的要求。
Cork/fiberboard laminate soundproof flooring was prepared by overlaying various thicknesses of cork-layer on top of fiberboards.The effect of the thickness of cork-layer on the impact sound pressure level of cork/fiberboard flooring was studied to determine the optimum cork-layer thickness.The results showed that the impact sound pressure level of the cork/fiberboard laminate soundproof floor is 74.1 dB,and the performance of soundproof is excellent.According to the results of multiple comparison analysis,and the cost of cork,the 2.4 mm thick cork-layer was an economically prime option for a pleasant soundproof performance.The properties of the soundproof flooring including the density and moisture content met the requirement of LY/T 1657—2015;and modulus of rupture(MOR)of the flooring met the requirement of GB/T 18102—2007.
