摘要
通过对聚氨酯软木垫层材料生产工艺的介绍和基本特性的分析,研究、对比分析了该软木垫层材料作为水电站钢蜗壳外包垫层的作用和效果,说明了聚氨酯软木垫层材料用作大、中型水电站钢蜗壳及压力引水钢管的外包垫层,具有优良的物理性能和良好的使用特点。
This paper introduces the production technique of PU cork cushion material and analyzes its basic properties. Then it analyzes the functions and effects of such cork cushion material used in the outside cushion material of spiral case of hydropower station. After comparison with other normal cushion materials, it showed that the PU cork has good physical properties and use features when it is used in the outside cushion material of spiral case of large and medium scale hydropower station.
