摘要
为控制盐酸索他洛尔的质量,本研究基于其工艺,合成了5个有关物质,分别为N-[4-(2-异丙胺基乙基)苯基]-甲磺酰胺(有关物质A)、N-[4-(2-异丙胺基乙酰基)苯基]甲磺酰胺盐酸盐(有关物质B)、N-[4-(1,2-二羟基乙基)苯基]-甲磺酰胺(有关物质C)、N-[4-(2-羟基-1-异丙胺基乙基)苯基]甲磺酰胺(有关物质D)和N-[4-(1-乙氧基-2-异丙胺基乙基)苯基]甲磺酰胺盐酸盐(有关物质E),其中有关物质E未见文献报道。本研究中这些化合物的结构均经MS、1H NMR和13C NMR确证。
In order to control the quality of sotalol hydrochloride(1),five related substances,namely N-[4-[2-(isopropylamino)ethyl]phenyl]methanesulfonamide(related substance A),N-[4-[2-(isopropylamino)acetyl]phenyl]-methanesulfonamide hydrochloride(related substance B),N-[4-(1,2-dihydroxyethyl)phenyl]methanesulfonamide(related substance C),N-[4-[2-hydroxy-1-(isopropylamino)ethyl]phenyl]methanesulfonamide(related substance D)and N-[4-[1-ethoxy-2-(isopropylamino)ethyl]phenyl]methanesulfonamide hydrochloride(related substance E),were synthesized based on the synthetic process of 1.Among them,related substance E has not been reported in literature.The structures of these compounds were confirmed by MS,1H NMR and 13C NMR.
