摘要
2,9-二乙酰鸟嘌呤为原料,与[(2-乙酰氧基-1-乙酰氧基甲基)乙氧基]乙酸甲酯经缩合反应制得N2-乙酰基-N 9-[(1,3-二乙酰氧基)丙-2-基氧甲基]鸟嘌呤,再经甲胺水溶液处理制得抗病毒药更昔洛韦,总收率为38.6%,HPLC纯度达99.6%。
Ganciclovir, an antiviral drug, was synthesized from 2,9-diacetyl guanine and methyl [ （2-acetoxy-1- acetoxymethyl） ethoxy] acetate by condensation to give N^2-acetyl-N^9- [ （1,3-diacetoxy） -2-propyloxymethyl] guanine, and then treatment with methylamine solution with an overall yield of 38.6 % and HPLC purity of 99.6 %.
