摘要
大型氮循环空分机组短期恢复期间出现过多次氮气纯度瞬间波动,甚至不合格情况,为此深入分析了出现氮气纯度波动原因,并提出了启动前对氮压机C1361、膨胀机X3472进行置换,氮压机C1361升压启机时,膨胀机X3472、板式换热器、主塔协同调节等操作优化,完美解决了短期恢复期间氮气纯度波动问题,提高了气体产品的质量,取得了良好的效果。
During the short-term recovery of a large-scale nitrogen circulation air separation unit,there have been many instantaneous fluctuations in nitrogen purity,or even unqualified conditions.For this reason,this article deeply analyzes the causes of nitrogen purity fluctuations,and proposes a nitrogen compressor C1361 before expansion.When the replacement of expander X3472 was carried out and the nitrogen compressor C1361 was boosted and started,the operation optimization of the expander X3472,plate heat exchanger and main tower cooperative adjustment and other operations was optimized,which perfectly solved the problem of nitrogen purity fluctuation during the short-term recovery and improved the quality of gas products good effect.
