摘要
介绍S Zorb装置在生产过程中常见的腐蚀类型,主要有吸附剂冲蚀、再热裂纹、垢下腐蚀、保温层下腐蚀、大气腐蚀等,腐蚀的发生影响了装置的安全生产和长周期运行,尤其是冲蚀危害巨大。针对腐蚀发生的典型案例,分析原因,提出具体的解决方案和防护措施,取得了较好的效果。
The common types of corrosion in production of the S Zorb device were introduced,mainly including adsorbent erosion,reheat crack,corrosion under scale,corrosion under thermal insulation layer,atmospheric corrosion and etc.,the safe production and long-term operation of the device were influenced by the occurrence of corrosion,especially by the great harm of the erosion.According to the typical cases of corrosion,the causes were analyzed,and the specific solutions and protective measures were put forward,good effect was achieved.
