再生系统转剂线是S Zorb装置吸附剂循环的重要环节,一旦泄漏,吸附剂循环中断,影响产品质量和装置长周期运行。装置运行过程中,再生系统转剂线发生多次泄漏。介绍了转剂线运行的基本情况以及泄漏的形态和位置,分析了气力输送弯管磨损的一般机理,对转剂线泄漏的几种情况进行了讨论,认为气提流量偏高是造成转剂线磨损的主要原因。转剂线特殊的结构、弯管设置数量和设置形式也是影响转剂线运行的因素,设计时没有考虑到转剂线的耐磨性。提出了防范措施:调整操作参数,适当降低气提流量、提高管道的壁厚等级,合理安排测厚时间和布点范围,使用耐磨管件以及优化转剂线的设计,包括减少弯头数量,使用合理曲率半径的弯管等。
The catalyst transfer line of regeneration system is an important part of absorbent cycle in S Zorb unit. Absorbent cycle will break off and product quality and long-term operation will be affected once the transfer pipe leaks. In the operation of the unit, the leaking of catalyst transfer line occurred many times. The operating conditions, leakage shape and location of the transfer line are described, the erosion mecha- nisms of bends are analyzed and causes of pipe leakage are discussed. It is concluded that the high gas flow rate is the main culprit for wearing of transfer pipe. While, the special structure, number and design of bends area are also the factors affecting the operation of the transfer pipe as the abrasion resistance had not consid- ered when it was designed. Some solutions were recommended such as adjusting the operating parameters, properly reducing gas flowrate, increasing the pipe wall thickness, reasonably arranging the time for the thick- ness measurement, using wear-resistant pipe fittings and optimizing the design of transfer line such as reducing the number of bends and using reasonable curvature bends, etc..
