摘要
分析齐鲁氯碱厂存在的生产短板,找准了2#氯乙烯装置二氯乙烷裂解单元生产负荷不满的关键点,并结合生产工艺特点,实施了二氯乙烷项目的改造。项目投用后,通过优化调整2#氯乙烯装置的生产,实现了2#氯乙烯装置满负荷稳定运行,利用2#聚氯乙烯装置可增产效益较好的聚氯乙烯138 kt/a,取得了较好的经济效益。
Based on the analysis of the production short board in the chlor alkali plate,the key points for the insufficient production load in the dichloroethane cracking unit in the No.2 vinyl chloride plant were identified.The reform on the dichloroethane project was implemented in combination with the production process characteristics.After the project was put into operation,the stable operation of the No.2 vinyl chloride plant at full load was realized by optimization and adjustment on the production,138 kt/a polyvinyl chloride product with better benefit could be increased in output by the No.2 vinyl chloride plant,and good economic benefit was obtained.
