摘要
研究了二氯乙烷裂解制氯乙烯过程的影响因素。确定了二氯乙烷裂解生成氯乙烯及副产物的反应过程为串连反应模型,其动力学参数为研究结果可用于工业裂解炉操作优化分析,为裂解炉模拟计算提供基础数据。
The influence factors of the dichloroethane pyrolysis to vinyl chloride were studied.A se-ries reaction model of dichloroethane pyrolysis was determined. By means of parameter regres-sion the kinetics parameters were obtained as follows k_10=4.8×10 ̄7s ̄(-1),E_1=125.0 KJ/mol k_20=4.6×10 ̄7s ̄(-1),E_2=125.0 KJ/mol The model fitted the experimental data well. The results can be used for optimal analysisof industrial pyrolysis furnace and provide basic data for simulating calculations.
