床旁端坐法对脑卒中患者机械通气效果的影响 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]探讨床旁端坐法对脑卒中患者机械通气效果的影响。[方法]按照随机数字表对照法将2019年1月至2019年12月新乡医学院第三附属医院ICU接受机械通气治疗的120例重症脑卒中患者分为两组,每组60例。对照组机械通气期间接受常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上接受床旁端坐护理,比较两组预后效果。[结果]观察组护理后动脉血氧分压、动脉血氧饱和度检测结果均高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压检测结果及急性生理学及慢性健康状况APACHEⅡ评分均低于对照组,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组机械通气时间、ICU住院时间均低于对照组,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组ICU获得性衰弱、呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率低于对照组,撤机成功率高于对照组,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]床旁端坐法能够提高脑卒中患者机械通气效果,改善患者预后。 [Objective]To explore the influence of mechanical ventilation result in patients with stroke by bedside sitting position.[Methods]120 cases of patients with stroke from January to December 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).The control group were nursed by usual care.The observation group were nursed by bedside sitting position based on the control group.The prognosis effect was observed.[Results]The levels of arterial partial pressure of oxygen and arterial oxygen saturation for the observation group after the nursing were higher than the control group(P<0.05);The levels of partial pressure of carbon dioxide in artery,APACHEⅡscore for the observation group after the nursing were lower than the control group(P<0.05);The time of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay for the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);The rate of ICU acquired asthenia and ventilator associated pneumonia for the observation were lower than the control group(P<0.05);The rate of withdrawal success rate for the observation was higher than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]It can improve the mechanical ventilation result and prognosis effect.
