摘要
目的 研究CT重建在空心加压螺钉治疗距骨骨折患者中临床疗效的评估作用.方法 选取本院2012年9月至2014年9月收治的距骨骨折患者54例作为研究对象,所有患者均采用空心加压螺钉治疗.对患者随访1年以上,收集损伤患者临床治疗资料,观察CT重建技术在空心加压螺钉治疗距骨骨折的疗效.结果 术后患者治疗优良率为92.59%,明显高于术前的11.11%(P<0.05).术前患者平均VAS评分为(5.84±1.25)分,术后患者平均VAS评分为(1.47±0.34)分,术后VAS评分明显低于术前(P<0.05).患者患侧正位距骨-第一跖骨角,侧位距骨-第一跖骨角,第一、二跖骨基部间距以及足弓高度与健侧比较差异无统计学意义.结论 空心加压螺钉治疗距骨骨折患者效果显著,CT重建复查可有效评估临床疗效,进一步肯定患者预后效果,值得临床应用及推广.
Objective To study the evaluation effect of CT reconstruction in the treatment of patients with talus fractures with hollow compression screws.Methods 54 patients with talus fractures admitted to our hospital from September 2012 to September 2014 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were treated with hollow compression screws.The patients were followed up for more than 1 year,the clinical treatment data of the injured patients were collected,and the effect of CT reconstruction technology in the treatment of talus fractures with hollow compression screws was observed.Results The excellent and good rate of postoperative patients was 92.59%,which was significantly higher than 11.11%before the operation(P<0.05).The average VAS score of patients before surgery was(5.84±1.25)scores,and the average VAS score of patients after surgery was(1.47±0.34)scores.The VAS score of postoperative patients was significantly lower than that before surgery(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference of the orthotopic talus-first metatarsal angle,the lateral talus-first metatarsal angle,the distance between the base of the first and second metatarsals,and the height of the foot arch in the patient side compared with the healthy side.Conclusion The hollow compression screw is effective in the treatment of patients with talus fractures.CT reconstruction review can effectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and further affirm the patient's prognostic effect.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
