摘要
目的：了解切开复位内固定手术治疗开放距骨骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析30例开放性距骨骨折患者行切开复位内固定手术治疗的愈合效果。结果对患者进行为期1～3年的跟踪随访，根据患者的表述、后跟部位外形、功能的观察以及X线结果，按照Hawkins疗效进行评定，评定结果显示：21例为优（70％），7例为良（23.3％），2例为可（6.7％）。结论对于开放性距骨骨折的患者，选择切开复位内固定术的治疗方式，在手术时要先进行清创处理，然后再进行骨折的复位及固定，这样可以使开放性距骨骨折产生更好的愈合效果。
Objective To understand the clinical effect of open reduction and internal ifxation in treatment of open fractures of the talus.Methods 30 cases of open talus fractures, who treated by open reduction and internal fixation on the healing result were analyzed retrospectively.Results Patients for a period of 1 to 3 years of follow-up, according to patient＆#39;s expression, followed by parts of the shape, the function of observation and X-ray results, in accordance with the Hawkins efficacy assessment,The evaluation results showed that： 21 cases were superior （70%）, 7 cases were good（23.3%）, 2 cases were bad（6.7%）.Conclusion For patients with open fracture of talus, open reduction and internal ifxation treatment. At the time of surgery to ifrst debridement treatment, and then the fracture reduction and ifxed, so you can make open talus fracture better healing effect.
