摘要 针对传统谐波检测系统电压调理性能较差的问题,设计一种电能计量误差谐波检测系统。系统硬件包括核心板模块、外扩SRAM模块、通信模块,其中核心板模块由DSP芯片、复位及电源电路以及JTAG口组成;外扩SRAM模块由高度外扩SRAM芯片与外扩NoR FLASH芯片组成;通信模块由信号采集单元、信号调理电路、测频捕获单元以及AD采样单元组成。系统软件包括谐波统计分析与检测软件、测频软件,其中谐波统计分析与检测软件中包含的程序包括通信程序、存储程序、数据采样DMA传送程序等;测频软件主要通过测频算法计算电网频率,从而获取采样频率。为了证明该系统的电压调理性能优于传统谐波检测系统,进行对比实验,实验结果证明电能计量误差谐波检测系统调理后的电压波形更接近测频电路波形,也就是电能计量误差谐波检测系统的电压调理性能优于传统谐波检测系统,更适用于电能计量误差谐波检测。 Aiming at the problem of poor voltage regulation performance of traditional harmonic detection system,a harmonic detection system of electric energy measurement error is designed.The hardware of the system includes core board module,extended SRAM module and communication module.The core board module is composed of DSP chip,reset and power circuit and JTAG port.Extended SRAM module is composed of highly expanded SRAM chip and expanded NoR FLASH chip.Communication module is composed of signal acquisition unit,signal conditioning circuit,frequency measurement and acquisition unit and AD sampling unit.The system software includes Harmonic statistical analysis and detection software and frequency measurement software,among which the harmonic statistical analysis and detection software includes communication program,storage program,data sampling DMA transmission program,etc.Frequency measurement software mainly calculates power grid frequency through frequency measurement algorithm,so as to obtain sampling frequency.In order to prove that the voltage regulation performance of the system is better than that of the traditional harmonic detection system,a comparative experiment is carried out.The experimental results show that the voltage waveform of the harmonic detection system is closer to the frequency measurement circuit waveform.That is to say,the voltage regulation performance of the harmonic detection system of electric energy measurement error is better than that of the traditional harmonic detection system,and it is more suitable for the harmonic detection of electric energy measurement error.
