摘要
目的:探讨ICU呼吸肌无力患者应用纤维支气管镜对其呼吸肌相关性肺炎的预防效果.方法:择取本院ICU收治的78例呼吸肌无力患者,选择时间段为2018年7月~2019年7月,采用随机数字表法将患者划分为常规组和纤维组,每组各39例.常规组患者接受常规治疗,纤维组患者接受常规治疗+纤维支气管镜处理,对比两组患者治疗前后的血气指标、VA P(呼吸机相关性肺炎)发生率.结果:治疗前,两组患者的血气指标对比,组间数据对比无显著优势,不存在统计学参考价值,P>0.05.治疗后,纤维组患者的血气指标优于常规组患者,组间数据对比有着显著优势,存在统计学参考价值,P<0.05.纤维组患者的VAP发生率优于常规组患者,组间数据对比有着显著优势,存在统计学参考价值,P<0.05.结论:针对I C U呼吸肌无力患者给予纤维支气管镜治疗,相较于单纯的常规治疗能够更好地改善患者的血气指标,降低患者发生VAP的概率,具有重要的临床意义.
Objective:To explore the preventive effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy on respiratory muscle-associated pneumonia in patients with ICU respiratory muscle weakness.Methods:78 patients with respiratory muscle weakness admitted to the ICU in our hospital were selected.The time period was from July 2018 to July 2019.The patients were divided into the regular group and the fiber group by random number table method,39 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional group received conventional treatment,and patients in the fiber group received conventional treatment+fiberoptic bronchoscopy.The blood gas indexes and the incidence of VAP(ventilator-associated pneumonia)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,the blood gas indexes of the two groups were compared.There was no significant advantage in the comparison of data between the two groups,and there was no statistical reference value,P>0.05.After treatment,the blood gas index of the fiber group was better than that of the conventional group,and the data comparison between the groups had a significant advantage,with statistical reference value,P<0.05.The incidence of VAP in the fiber group was better than that in the conventional group,and the data comparison between the groups had a significant advantage,with statistical reference value,P<0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of patients with ICU respiratory muscle weakness by fiberoptic bronchoscopy can improve the patient’s blood gas index and reduce the probability of VAP in patients compared with simple conventional treatment.It has important clinical significance and is worthy of promotion and application.
