摘要
目的:探讨口腔修复膜材料在牙种植中引导骨再生的应用效果.方法:选取本院2018年1月~2019年1月收治的60例牙齿缺失患者,所有患者均接受牙种植治疗,按照患者入院顺序给患者编号,再按奇偶数将患者分成对照组和实验组,实验组患者接受海奥口腔修复膜进行治疗,对照组患者接受肽膜治疗.分别对比两组患者的牙齿修复成功率,骨再生率以及植体稳定性,同时对比两组患者在治疗过程中出现的并发症情况,得出结论.结果:实验组患者经海奥口腔修复膜引导骨再生后,6个月随访的修复成功率、骨再生率以及植体稳定性等三项临床数据均显著高于对照组,差异明显;实验组临床并发症的发生率为6.67%,较低于对照组患者的30.00%,组间临床数据之间差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:口腔修复膜材料在牙种植中引导骨再生的临床效果良好,能够有效提高修复成功率、植体稳定性,同时改善患者骨再生情况,减少临床感染等并发症的发生率.
Objective:To explore the application effect of oral repair membrane materials in guiding bone regeneration in dental implantation.Methods:60 patients with missing teeth admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.All patients received dental implant treatment.The patients were numbered according to the order of admission.The patients were divided into control and experimental groups according to odd and even numbers.The patients in the experimental group were treated with Haiao oral repair membrane,and the patients in the control group were treated with peptide membrane.Compare the success rate of tooth restoration,bone regeneration rate and implant stability of the two groups of patients,and compare the complications of the two groups of patients during the treatment process,and draw conclusions.Results:After guided bone regeneration by Hao oral repair membrane in the experimental group,the three clinical data of 6 months follow-up repair success rate,bone regeneration rate and implant stability were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was obvious;the experimental group The incidence of clinical complications was 6.67%,which was lower than 30.00%of the patients in the control group.The clinical data between the groups was significantly different and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The oral repair membrane material has a good clinical effect in guiding bone regeneration during dental implantation,which can effectively improve the repair success rate and implant stability,and at the same time improve the patient’s bone regeneration and reduce the incidence of clinical infections and other complications.It is worthy of popularization and use.
