摘要
通过构建双相关节填充块以达到感染控制和骨再生的双重目的。利用计算机辅助设计和低温3D打印特定几何形状的生物陶瓷护套,和携带抗生素的轴向骨石膏柱,其将表现出更强的骨修复效果。这种模块化的填充物具有增强成骨、特异性药物的控制释放和生长因子的联合递送的功能。这种方法若应用于临床中将大大减少关节置换手术的医疗费用,预期可以取得更好的治疗效果和提高患者的生活质量。
To construct a double correlation ganglion filling block to achieve the dual objective of infection control and bone regeneration.The use of computer-aided design and low-temperature 3D printing of specific geometry of the bio-ceramic sheath,and antibiotic-carrying axial bone gypsum column,it will show a stronger bone repair effect.This modular filler has the function of enhancing the control release of Osteogenesis and specific drugs and the joint delivery of growth factors.This method,if applied in clinical practice,will greatly reduce the medical cost of joint replacement surgery,and can be expected to have better curative effect and quality of life of patients.
