摘要
目的:探究动态CT在胃癌分期患者的应用效果及影像学特点研究.方法:回顾性分析本院于2016年7月~2019年7月收治的胃癌患者62例,将病理检查结果与CT诊断进行比较,观察其诊断效果,同时对胃癌影像学特点进行描述.结果:C T的早期胃癌诊断率为70%,进展期胃癌诊断率为94%;C T对T分期的诊断准确率为77%,CT对N分期的诊断准确率为69%,CT对M分期的诊断准确率为92%.结论:动态增强CT可以有效诊断早期及进展期胃癌,同时对TNM分期具有良好的判断价值,可以为术前采用何种治疗方式提供有效依据.
Objective:To explore the application effect and imaging characteristics of dynamic CT in patients with gastric cancer staging.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 62 gastric cancer patients admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2019 was performed.The results of pathological examination were compared with CT diagnosis,and the diagnostic effect was observed.At the same time,the imaging features of gastric cancer were described.Results:The early gastric cancer diagnosis rate of CT was 70%,and the advanced gastric cancer diagnosis rate was 94%;the diagnostic accuracy of CT for T stage was 77%,the diagnostic accuracy of CT for N stage was 69%,and the diagnosis of CT for M stage The accuracy rate is 92%.Conclusion:Dynamically enhanced CT can effectively diagnose early and advanced gastric cancer,and has a good judgment value for TNM staging.It can provide an effective basis for what kind of treatment is used before surgery.
