摘要
同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)是一种含硫氨基酸,是营养必需氨基酸甲硫氨酸代谢的中间产物。HCY接受叶酸代谢产物即5-甲基四氢叶酸中的甲基,完成再甲基化过程,维持甲硫氨酸循环的正常运转。越来越多的研究结果显示,高同型半胱氨酸血症与肿瘤的发生及分期存在一定关系。近年来,恶性肿瘤的发病率和死亡率不断升高,患者确诊时大部分为中晚期,寻找肿瘤发生发展的有效监测指标意义重大。HCY有可能作为监测早期恶性肿瘤发生和恶性肿瘤复发的有效指标。本文就血清HCY、叶酸与早期诊断恶性肿瘤、监测肿瘤复发及治疗等方面的研究进展进行综述。
Homocystein(HCY)is a sulfur-containing amino acid that is an intermediate product of the metabolism of nutritionally essential amino acid of methionine.HCY receives methyl group from the metabolite of folic acid(5-methyltetrahydrofolate)to finish the remethylation process,so as to maintain its normal operation of methionine cycle.A growing number of studies show that hyperhomocysteinemia is associated with the occurrence and staging of tumor.In recent years,the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors have been increasing,and most of the patients are diagnosed at the middle and advanced stages,it is of great significance to find effective monitoring indicators for tumor development.HCY may be an effective indicator for monitoring the occurrence and recurrence of early malignant tumor.This article conduct reviews on the progress of serum HCY,folic acid and early diagnosis of malignant tumor,monitoring tumor recurrence and treatment.
