摘要
本文通过学习借鉴北京、上海等大城市关于控制性详细规划编制和管理的经验做法,阐述贵阳市在推进新型城镇化和实现发展方式转变的关键时期,完善控制性详细规划分级编制的若干思考。
By learning from the experience of Beijing,Shanghai and other big cities on the preparation and management of regulatory detailed planning,this paper expounds the key period of promoting the new type of urbanization and realizing the transformation of development mode,and then puts forward some thoughts on improving the classification system of regulatory detailed planning in Guiyang.
