摘要
介绍了某铜冶炼企业采用臭氧氧化+碱液吸收的臭氧脱硝工艺对环集烟气的处理情况,详细介绍了臭氧脱硝装置工艺流程、主要设备和实际运行情况。该臭氧脱硝装置运行稳定,能确保在设计烟气条件ρ(NOx)为250 mg/m^3时,出口气体ρ(NOx)不高于100 mg/m^3;当进口烟气中ρ(NO_x)≤100mg/m^3时,出口气体ρ(NO_x)≤10 mg/m^3,脱硝效率大于或等于90%,实现了烟气NOx的超低排放。臭氧脱硝装置脱除1 kg NO_x运行费用为16.8元。臭氧氧化+碱液吸收的臭氧脱硝工艺具有流程简单、适用于低温烟气、占地面积小、脱硝效率高等优点。
The treatment of flue gas with ozone oxidation and alkaline solution absorption in a copper smelting enterprise is described.The process flow,main equipment and actual operation of the ozone denitration device are introduced in detail.The ozone denitration device is stable in operation.When the design flue gas conditionρ(NOx)is 250 mg/m3,the outlet gasρ(NOx)is not higher than 100 mg/m3.When the outlet gasρ(NOx)≤10mg/m3,the denitration efficiency is greater than or equal to 90%,achieving ultra-low emissions of flue gas NOx.The cost of removing 1kg NOx from the ozone denitration device is 16.8 yuan.The process has the advantages of simple process,suitable for low-temperature flue gas,small footprint and high denitration efficiency.
