摘要
为提高预任士官长培训质量,分析了预任士官长学员特点和人才培养的需求;从思想政治工作、军事训练、作战战备和分队管理方面,探索了预任士官长教学培训思路;就人才培养方案修订、精准统筹培训、灵活施教组训和深化考核评估等工作,提出了提高预任士官长教学培训效益的方法.这为军校开展预任士官长培训教学提供了参考.
In order to improve the training quality of pre-appointed master sergeants,this article makes an analysis on the characteristics of cadet pre-appointed master sergeants and the demand of talent training,and then explores the teaching and training thoughts of pre-appointed master sergeants from the aspects of ideological and political work,military training,combat readiness and grass-roots management.Finally,in terms of the work concerning the revision of talent training program,precise overall-planning training,flexible teaching and group training,deepening the assessment and evaluation,etc.,the article puts forward some methods of improving the teaching and training efficiency of the cadet pre-appointed master sergeants,which provides a reference for military academy to carry out the training and teaching of cadet pre-appointed master sergeants.
