摘要 分析铁路给水现状及超滤技术在铁路给水中的优势:给水品质好、自动化程度高、制水工艺灵活.探讨了可应用于铁路给水的超滤工艺形式,提出常规超滤工艺适用于铁路给水厂,而短流程超滤工艺宜用于铁路给水厂(所)的升级改造.文中展望了超滤工艺运行的参数优化方法以及超滤设备智能化集成,是超滤技术应用于铁路给水的研究方向. Present situation of railway water supply and advantages of ultrafiltration technology in railway water supply are analyzed,advantages of which is better water supply quality,higher automation and more flexible water production process.The type of ultrafiltration process that can be applied to railway water supply was discussed,indicating that ultrafiltration with conventional pretreatment is suitable for railway water supply plant,while short-process ultrafiltration is suitable for the upgrading of railway water supply station(post).Research on optimization method of ultrafiltration operation parameters and intelligent integration of ultrafiltration equipment are prospected as the research direction of the application of ultrafiltration technology in railway water supply.
