摘要
在热电厂水处理技术中采用先进的超滤技术,可以节约用水,综合利用水资源,改善环境污染,降低生产成本,提高企业经济效益具。通过超滤技术原理及特点,超滤控制系统的组成,控制器特性和控制实施,详细介绍了采用Quantum PLC实现对热电厂水处理中超滤过程的自动控制,分析了实际控制过程中解决的几个关键问题。
By using advanced uhrafihering technology in the processing technology of the water,we can be saving the water,synthetically use the water,avoid pollution of the environment ,depress production cost ,increase economic benefit of enterprises in the power plant. It has a wide range technology and social benefit. In this paper by theory and special feature of the uhrafihering technology,we have designed the control system of uhrafihering technology,and have realized it.Also we discuss automatic control of the water treatment by Quantum PLC,analyse and resolve several key problem of the control process.
