摘要
目的分析经皮椎体成形术(PVP)骨水泥渗漏的危险因素。方法回顾性分析2017年8月至2019年10月我院168例行PVP治疗的骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)患者的临床资料,根据患者PVP术后是否出现骨水泥渗漏分为非渗漏组(n=99)和渗漏组(n=69),分析OVCF患者行PVP治疗骨水泥渗漏的影响因素。结果 168例患者中有69例(41.07%)发生骨水泥渗漏。两组的性别、年龄、骨折部位、骨密度比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组的术前伤椎高度、术前Cobb角、伤椎数量和骨水泥注入量比较有统计学差异(P <0.05)。多因素Logistic分析显示术前伤椎高度≥15 mm、术前Cobb角<20°、骨水泥注入量>4.5 mL是骨水泥渗漏的危险因素(P <0.05)。结论术前伤椎高度、术前Cobb角、伤椎数量、骨水泥注入量是行PVP治疗的OVCF患者骨水泥渗漏的危险因素。
Objective To analyze the risk factors of bone cement leakage in percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP).Methods The clinical data of 168 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF)treated with PVP from August 2017 to October 2019 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into non-leakage group(n=99)and leakage group(n=69)according to whether there was bone cement leakage after PVP.The influencing factors of bone cement leakage after PVP in OVCF patients were analyzed.Results Among the 168 patients,69 cases(41.07%)had bone cement leakage.No statistical difference was found in the gender,age,fracture site and bone density between the two groups(P>0.05).Statistical difference was found in the preoperative injured vertebrae height,preoperative Cobb angle,injured vertebrae number and bone cement injection volume between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic analysis showed that the preoperative injured vertebrae height≥15 mm,preoperative Cobb angle<20°and bone cement injection volume>4.5 mL were the risk factors of bone cement leakage(P<0.05).Conclusions Preoperative injured vertebrae height,preoperative Cobb angle,injured vertebrae number and bone cement injection volume are the risk factors of bone cement leakage after PVP in OVCF patients.
