摘要
目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者发生下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的影响因素。方法选取我院2017年6月至2019年6月收治的68例老年2型糖尿病患者,统计其下肢动脉硬化闭塞症发生情况,并行单因素与非条件多因素Logistic回归分析。结果单因素与非条件多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,老年2型糖尿病患者发生下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的影响因素可能是载脂蛋白B、冠心病、低密度脂蛋白、周围神经性病变(OR>1, P <0.05)。结论载脂蛋白B、冠心病、低密度脂蛋白、周围神经性病变可能是老年2型糖尿病患者发生下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的影响因素,临床应针对性预防治疗。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 68 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected.The lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes was recorded and analyzed by single factor and unconditional multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Results Single factor and unconditional multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that apolipoprotein B,coronary heart disease,low-density lipoprotein,and peripheral neuropathy might be the influencing factors of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions Apolipoprotein B,coronary heart disease,low-density lipoprotein and peripheral neuropathy may be the influencing factors of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,so clinical targeted prevention and treatment is needed.
