摘要
目的分析肺康复锻炼联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果。方法 100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以肺康复锻炼联合穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组的mMRC评分、 VAS评分、 CAT评分、中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的mMRC评分、 VAS评分、 CAT评分及中医证候积分均较治疗前改善,且观察组各指标均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论肺康复锻炼联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病可显著提高常规治疗的效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of pulmonary rehabilitation exercise combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received regular treatment,and the observation group was treated with pulmonary rehabilitation exercise combined with acupoint application on the basis of control group.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,no significant difference was found in the mMRC score,VAS score,CAT score and TCM syndrome score between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the mMRC score,VAS score,CAT score and TCM syndrome score in two groups were significantly better than those before treatment,and the observation group was superior to the control group in all indicators(P<0.05).Conclusions Pulmonary rehabilitation exercise combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can significantly improve the effect of regular treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
