摘要
经皮穴位电刺激(transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation,TEAS)技术是经皮神经电刺激技术和穴位的结合,主要通过皮肤将特定的低频脉冲电流输入人体以达到治疗的目的。TEAS很好地与加速康复外科理念结合,在围术期可以镇静镇痛,减少麻醉药物的使用,减少手术创伤及应激,防治术后并发症,加快患者的术后恢复时间。但其在妇产科的具体应用,特别在穴位选择、刺激参数、治疗方案等尚无深入研究及统一标准。本文主要对TEAS在妇产科围术期的应用进展做一综述,以便临床医生们更好的理解和应用。
Transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)is a combination of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation(TENS)and acupoints,which is mainly through the skin to inject a specific low-frequency pulse current into the human body to achieve the purpose of treatment.TEAS is well combined with the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS),which can sedate and relieve pain,reduce the use of anesthetics,reduce surgical trauma and stress,prevent and cure postoperative complications,and accelerate the recovery time of patients during the perioperative period.However,the specific application in gynecology and obstetrics,especially in acupoint selection,stimulus parameters and treatment plan,has not been in-depth researched and unified standards.This paper reviews the applications of TEAS in the perioperative period of gynecology and obstetrics to make it better understood and used.
