摘要
胰岛素自身免疫综合征(IAS)即自身免疫性低血糖症,化学结构中含有巯基的药物是导致IAS发病的常见诱因。本文报导一例T2DM患者使用硫辛酸导致的IAS病例,早期血糖急剧升高引起DKA,后期反复出现发作性低血糖。
Insulin autoimmune syndrome(IAS)is an autoimmune hypoglycemia.Thiol-containing drugs in the chemical structure are one of the main causes of IAS.This article reported a case of IAS caused by the use of lipoic acid in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM).The patient first showed a sharp increase in blood glucose,thus caused ketoacidosis(DKA),and later presented with recurrent hypoglycemia.
