摘要
黄炎培是中国职业教育史上第一个开办真正意义上的职业学校的教育家,他的职业道德教育思想具有重要的理论价值和指导作用。黄炎培职业道德教育思想的内涵着眼于“铁的纪律,金的人格”“敬业乐群”“劳工神圣,双手万能”和“服务社会,造福人群”。黄炎培职业道德教育思想的依据源于对国家出路的初步探索,实用主义的哲学阐释,传统教育的实践升华和实业救国的经验总结。黄炎培职业道德教育思想的价值在于其是推进道德养成的有益探索,是培育大国工匠的必然选择,是实施素质教育的基本路径,是弘扬民族精神的应有之义。
Huang Yanpei is the first educator to set up a real vocational school in the history of Chinese vocational education,whose professional ethics education thought has the important theoretical value and the instructive function.The connotation of his thought focuses on“iron discipline,gold personality”,“dedication to work and group”,“labor sacred and all-powerful”and“serving the society and benefiting the people”.His thought is based on the preliminary exploration of the way out of the country,the philosophical interpretation of pragmatism,the practice sublimation of traditional education and the experience summary of industrial salvation.The value of his thought is that it is a useful exploration to promote moral cultivation,an inevitable choice for cultivating great country craftsmen,a basic path for implementing quality education,and a proper meaning for carrying forward the national spirit.
