摘要
黄炎培先生的教育理念启示当代教育要立德树人,注重职业道德和综合素质,形成手脑并用、做学合一的一体化课堂和现代学徒制相结合的职业教育模式。职业教育社会化、科学化,校企合作,遵循教育规律,做到务必求真务实。在黄先生的职业教育理论指引下,职业教育必将成为培养德技双馨的大国工匠的摇篮,成为中国特色社会主义生产力发展的重要支柱,成为报国惠民、实现中国梦的基石。
The education concept advocated by Mr.Huang Yanpei enlightened us that the contemporary education should be focused on morality education and cultivating people and pay attention to professional ethics and comprehensive quality for creating a vocational education mode of an integrated classroom characterized with combinatorial use of hands and brain and dynamic integration of learning and making in connection with modern apprenticeship.The socialized and scientific vocational education with cooperation between enterprises and colleges should abide by education rules by looking for the truth and be practical.Guided by the Mr.Huang Yanpei’s theory about vocational education,Vocational education shall be the cradle for cultivating craftsman of great powers being excellent both in skills and moral integrity to becoming the important pillars in the development of socialist productive force and footstone of serving the country and people for realizing Chinese dream.
