摘要
利用Anylogic仿真软件对转向架工艺流程进行仿真,提出了仿真忙闲率、存放比例等相关评价指标及其计算方法,制定了忙闲率的评价标准,在产量、生产设备利用、存放区域利用等方面得出仿真数据并与理论计算值相对比,验证了不同生产计划下转向架工艺流程的可行性,在生产设备个数、产品储存区设置等方面提出改进建议.在生产工艺方面为转向架生产企业起到借鉴意义.
The production process of bogies was simulated and evaluated by using the simulation software Anylogic.The evaluation indexes including simulation free-busy-ratio and storage ratio are presented,and the evaluation standards of free-busy-ratio are formulated.The simulation data are obtained in output,the storage area utilization and production equipment utilization.After the comparison with the theoretical calculation value,the feasibility of the bogie process flow was verified under different production plans.The improvement suggestions are proposed in terms of the number of production equipment and the setting of product storage area for the process management of bogie production enterprises.
