摘要
本文阐述了通过建立流程指标来评价关键流程的方法。流程指标的设立考虑流程对业务的影响程度和此流程自身的特性和在此基础上量化体现的两个方面。
This paper explores how to measure key process by the process index. The process index build on two aspect: the influence of processes on operation and the characteristic of processes with it's measurability.
