摘要
目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在提高围手术期患者预防用质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)合理使用率中的效果,以促进临床安全、合理用药。方法对QCC活动前(2018年9-10月)围手术期患者预防用PPIs病例中存在的不合理用药项目进行统计分析,确定活动改善重点,探讨不合理用药原因,拟定并实施对策。结果通过开展QCC活动,围手术期患者预防用PPIs的合理使用率由活动前的85.60%提高到活动后的96.03%,圈员的品管手法运用、自信心、交流沟通能力、组织协调能力等得到了显著提升。结论 QCC活动的开展与实施,显著提高了围手术期患者预防用PPIs的合理使用率,同时对于加强医院药事管理水平,提升药学服务能力,保障患者安全、合理用药具有积极推动作用。
Objective To explore the effects of quality control circle(QCC) activities on improving the rational use rate of preventive use of proton pump inhibitors(PPIs) for perioperative patients, and to promote the safety and rational drug application in clinical practice. Methods The irrational drug use items of preventive use of PPIs for perioperative patients before implemented QCC activities(from September 2018 to October 2018) were statistically analyzed, the key improvement points in the QCC activities were determined and the reasons of irrational drug application were explored, and the corresponding measures were planed and implemented by QCC members. Results After implementing QCC activities, the rational use rate of preventive use of PPIs for perioperative patients increased from 85.60%(before QCC activities) to 96.03%(after QCC activities) and the member’s QCC skills, self-confidence and the skill of communication and organization were significantly improved. Conclusion QCC activities were able to significantly improve the rational use rate of preventive use of PPIs for perioperative patients, and has play a positive role in strengthening pharmacy administration, enhancing the ability of pharmacy service, and guaranteeing the patients to safe and rational use of drug in the hospital.
