摘要
目的探讨无痛人工流产术术前使用间苯三酚与卡前列甲酯栓的临床疗效。方法此次研究选取的研究对象为80例15~30岁之间未生育过、要求终止妊娠行无痛人工流产术的女性患者,研究时间为2017年6月-2019年4月,根据治疗方式不同进行分组,分别为对照组(40例)与研究组(40例),给予对照组术前卡前列甲酯栓宫颈软化治疗,给予研究组术前使间苯三酚宫颈软化治疗。回顾分析两组患者临床资料,对比宫颈软化及扩张时间、镇痛效果、手术情况、不良反应,使用统计学进行分析。结果比对两组患者的宫颈软化、扩张时间与无痛人流手术时间,研究组均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比对两组患者术中镇痛效果与丙泊酚用量,研究组均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比对两组患者腹痛腹泻、恶心呕吐、阴道出血,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无痛人工流产患者术前使间苯三酚与卡前列甲酯栓治疗,均有助于促进宫颈软化及扩张,但间苯三酚具有更高的安全性,无明显不良反应发生,可减少阴道出血及丙泊酚用量,可缩短宫颈软化扩张时间及手术时间。
Objective investigate the clinical efficacy of preoperative use of phloroglucinol and carboprostol supposi-tory in painless artificial abortion.Methods The research object selected in this study is 80 female patients who have not had children between 15 and 30 years of age and require abortion for painless artificial abortion.The study time is from June 2017 to April 2019,depending on the treatment method.Groups were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the re-search group(40 cases).The control group was given preoperative carprost methyl ester suppository cervical softening treat-ment,and the research group was given preoperative pyrogallol cervical softening treatment.Retrospectively analyze the clini-cal data of the two groups of patients,compare the time of cervical softening and dilation,analgesic effects,surgical condi-tions,adverse reactions,and use statistics for analysis.Results Comparing the cervical softening,dilation time and pain-less abortion operation time of the two groups of patients,the study group was better than the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the analgesic effect and propofol dosage of the two groups of patients,the study group was better than the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the two groups of patients with abdominal pain,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting,vaginal bleeding,compared with the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P>0.05).Con-clusion Patients with painless artificial abortion before surgery Both phenol and cardioprostol suppository can help promote cervical softening and dilatation,but phloroglucinol has higher safety,no obvious adverse reactions,can reduce vaginal bleeding and propofol dosage,can shorten the cervix Soften the expansion time and operation time.
