摘要
据调查研究显示,国内的应用型人才和学术型人才比例是4:6,而欧美一些发达国家的应用型人才和学术型人才的比例为8:2。由此看来:国内应用型人才和学术型人才比例严重失调,按结构比例和行业发展的需要,国内的应用型人才,还远远不够。那么应用型人才将是学校培养目标的重点,如何培养应用型人才,平衡理论和实践的关系,让教学与行业对话,使学生各方面能力得到锻炼、提高,毕业后能迅速适应社会需求,是本文研究的重点。
A survey shows that the proportion of domestic applied talents and academic talents is 40%:60%,while that of some developed countries in Europe and America is 80%:20%.From this point of view:the proportion of domestic application-oriented talents and academic talents is seriously out of balance.According to the needs of structural proportion and industry development,domestic application-oriented talents are far from enough.Then the application-oriented talents will be the focus of the school's training objectives.How to cultivate the application-oriented talents,balance the relationship between theory and practice,let the teaching and industry dialogue,make the students'ability in all aspects be exercised and improved,and quickly adapt to the social needs after graduation is the focus of this paper.
