摘要
近些年,我国老龄化进程加快,各种老年性疾病的发病率越来越高,其中白内障在眼科临床中比较常见,在医疗技术不断进步发展的推动下,白内障疾病采用手术治疗,有效改善了患者的疾病症状,提高了患者的生活质量。随着人们对术后视力的要求不断提高,术后发生干眼的现象逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。患者术后发生干眼症状,不仅影响患者眼睛的舒适感,同时也影响患者手术满意度。术后发生干眼的影响因素比较多,因此本文针对乳化超声联合人工晶体植入术后发生干眼的影响因素进行分析,并对术后干眼的诊断和治疗进展进行综述,便于为患者提供有价值的参考依据。
In recent years,the aging process of China has accelerated,and the incidence rate of various kinds of senile diseases has been increasing.Cataract is common in clinical work of ophthalmology.Under the impetus of continuous development of medical technology,surgical treatment of cataract disease has significantly improved the symptoms of patients and improved the quality of life of patients.With the continuous improvement of people's requirements for postoperative vision,the phenomenon of dry eye after surgery has gradually become the focus of general concern.The dry eye symptoms after surgery not only affect the comfort of patients'eyes,but also affect the satisfaction of patients with surgery.There are many influencing factors of dry eye after operation,so this artical analyzes the influencing factors of dry eye after phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation,and summarizes the diagnosis and treatment progress of dry eye after operation,so as to provide valuable reference basis for patients.
