摘要
中国石化差旅平台建设旨在贯彻中央“八项规定”精神,落实集团公司“从严管理”要求,全面提升集团公司差旅管理效能,为公司的改革转型发展提供有力科技支撑。通过更新管理理念,助推资源整合;规范管理制度,优化业务流程;简化结算方式,提升平台效能等措施,进一步实现了企业内部成本管控和资源整合,提升了企业管理水平和员工差旅质量。未来,平台建设、运营将继续坚持以人为中心的服务理念,坚持改革创新、坚持循序渐进,最终实现系统资源优化升级,提升企业治理体系和治理能力现代化。
The construction of SINOPEC business travel platform aims to follow the guidance of the“eightpoint frugality code”of the central government,implement the“strict management”requirements of SINOPEC Group,improve the efficiency of the Group’s travel management comprehensively,and provide strong scientific and technological support for the company’s reform,transformation and development.By updating management concepts,this platform promotes resource integration,standardizes management systems,optimizes business procedure,simplifies settlement methods and improves platform efficiency in order to realize internal cost control and resource integration of enterprises,and improving enterprise management level and employee travel quality.In the future,the construction and operation of the platform will continue to adhere to the concept of people-oriented and keep reforming and innovating and progressing so as to achieve the optimization and upgrade of system resources and enhance the modernization of corporate governance and governance capabilities.
